You will receive participation instructions and access code information 72 hours prior to the program for which you have registered.Webinars allow you to view the slides on a computer or project them onto a screen for a large group. You have the option of listening to the audio through computer speakers or a speakerphone. If you choose the telephone option for audio, please note that this is not a toll-free call and your phone charges will vary depending on your provider and rate plan.Cost-Effective TrainingOne low price of $199 entitles you to one registration per site, allowing you to gather as many people as you want into a conference room or auditorium. If you have many employees working from home, or a large number of sites, please call Debra Schmidt and she will work out a package price for your company to help you to keep your training costs down.Build a Training Library with Webinars on CDView Debra Schmidt’s previously recorded “live” webinars on your computer any time with these CDs. Each webinar is approximately 60 minutes in length. These CD’s will be a great additions to your company’s training library, providing excellent resources for developing customer service, communication, leadership and sales skills. Employees will be able to view PowerPoint slides as they listen to Debra training the material. For large groups, simply plug your computer into an LCD projector. Each CD also includes a Pdf file with a handout that you can print and copy for all participating employees to help them follow the presentation and take notes.
