Onsite Training Seminars
Question:
What types of training do you offer?
Answer:
We provide customized on-site training to companies, professional organizations and trade associations throughout the United States. Loyalty Leader training seminars result in enhanced customer service skills, improved employee attitudes, effective sales skills, more productive work teams and clearer workplace communications.
Question:
What are the lengths of your training seminars?
Answer:
All Loyalty Leader programs are available in half-day (3-3.5 hours) or full-day (6-7 hours)formats.

Teleseminars
Question:
How long is each Teleseminar?
Answer:
All Teleseminars are "live" and one hour in length, from Noon - 1:00 p.m. Eastern time. Phones are open from 11:50 a.m. to 1:05 p.m.
Question:
Do I need a computer to participate?
Answer:
No computer is necessary. Teleseminars are conducted via telephone. All you need is a telephone to participate. Your phone does need to be a landline; cell phones create echoes and disturbances on the line that can disrupt the program for other participants.
Question:
How will I know how to access the program?
Answer:
You will receive your participation instructions, access code and a handout a few days prior to each program.
